Deep Stretch Classes

Enjoy longer holds and passive stretches to ease into every major muscle group. This class gives the body time to fully relax, increase flexibility, and quiet the mind. Beginner friendly.

A balanced practice to develop postural alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility in the body. Explore breathing and relaxation techniques to quiet and center the mind. Students should be comfortable bearing weight on the hands and knees. Beginner friendly.

Dynamic and active postures that move the body through sequences connected to the breath that cultivate strength and flexibility. These classes tend to be the most challenging. Prior yoga experience and familiarity with basic poses is recommended.
